Course description

You and your running buddies are in for a treat as you loop around Bainbridge Island taking in the classic scenery of the Pacific Northwest. Keep an eye out for Orca Pods as you run along the Puget Sound. Savor those views of Seattle just across the water. Run through the charming downtown of Bainbridge Island as you watch the ferry go to and fro from Seattle. Look up in awe as the old growth cedars of the lowland forest keeps you cool and shaded on your island adventure. Take in some of the best views of the Olympic Mountains and Cascades you can find (including Mount Rainier and Mount Baker)!

The 100 mile relay is completed by running three 33 mile loops of the island and the 100k relay runs the loop twice, but don’t fret, as you will never run the same section twice. The relay legs are broken up to ensure each runner conquers a new section and unique section each round.
