We like to think of a relay as a runner’s versions of Vegas.
You’re welcome for the opportunity.
What happens on the Island, stays on the Island.
Split the 100 miles or 100k between your team of 3, 6 or 9 runners. Divide and conquer. Crush the miles. Stay safe. Have fun. Don’t get lost. Take lots of pics. Laugh. Pass runners. Get passed by runners. Don’t pass out. Cross the finish line. Get your medal. Enjoy the Island Party.
What better way to celebrate Washington summers than to run 100 miles around an island enjoying epic views of Seattle, the Olympics, the Cascades and Mount Rainier with your sweaty friends.
The team captain will create the team and pay the full registration fee. The team captain will then receive an e-mail with a transaction code that will allow the other team members to register under that team (with no registration fee). Team sizes of 3, 6, or 9! Please note that when you register, you are agreeing that your team will provide volunteers for the event. A volunteer must be a non-participant. Teams of 3 and 6 will be required to provide one volunteer and teams of 9 will be required to provide 2 volunteers. See the rules manual for more information.

Race Cut Offs
The race cut-off is 12AM. The first wave begins at 6AM. Teams needing the most time to complete the event will be assigned a 6AM start wave and will have 18 hours to complete the race (corresponding to 10:30 min/mile for the 100M and 15:00 min/mile for the 100K). Faster teams will have later start times, but still need to finish by 12AM. It is very important you provide accurate 10K pace estimates for each runner on your team so we can assign you an appropriate start time! Your start time is assigned based on the approximate pace of your team!!
Refund and deferral policy
We do not provide refunds or deferral of race entries under any circumstances. Team members may be swapped out using the team member swap function in our registration service. All team registrations are final.
